This cozy little coffee shop feels straight out of a fairy tale, especially with its charming holiday decorations. It offers plenty of parking at the back, a lovely patio for outdoor seating, and spacious indoor seating. The friendly staff and excellent coffee make it an ideal spot to relax and unwind, whether you're enjoying a quiet moment or taking a break from a long drive—it’s conveniently located right off the main road. What truly sets this place apart for us is the thoughtful design: the large windows provide a direct view of the patio and parking area. As we often travel with our dog, being able to keep an eye on our car from the warmth of the indoors during winter was a big plus.

If you are visiting Poulsbo, Washington and are in need of a caffeine fix, be sure to check out Caffe Cocina. The original location is on Finn Hill and has a drive-through. The downtown location opened in April 2023. When I’m traveling, I like to try new coffee shops. I liked Caffe Cocina so much that I visited it three times in a row. That’s a first! Caffe Cocina has a beautiful patio, but I loved the combination of the dark paint and warm wood that make the interior so cozy and relaxing. I was traveling and really missing my two cats, so I was excited to see that they were playing footage from Friends of Felines Cat Rescue, located in Defiance, Ohio. I was told that several of the store employees are big cat lovers too. I love that they roast their own coffee beans. In addition to having a great coffee menu with creative seasonal drinks, they also have a wonderful cafe menu. Caffe Cocina partners with local farmers for their produce and food options to provide a farm to table experience. They have a kitchen that they prepare all of our goods and pastries in, and they use their own recipes. I didn’t get anything from the cafe this trip, but I’ll be sure to do so the next time I’m in town. The first time I visited, I ordered a 16 ounce Pumpkin Spice Latte. Caffe Cocina makes their own pumpkin spice latte sauce from scratch. It was excellent! The second time I visited, I ordered a 16 ounce Harvest Moon Latte, which is Honey Caramel Pecan, topped with Cinnamon and Honey. It was an excellent latte, though a bit too honey forward for my taste. The third time I visited, I drove through the Finn Hill location. I was excited to learn they had Eggnog Lattes. However, I usually order my coffee drinks, extra hot, no foam, and the barista told me the extra hot might be an issue unless I cut the eggnog with milk. It was a little too much for me to wrap my head around at that moment, so I pivoted and ordered a Mocha instead. I believe they use Ghirardelli chocolate, which is my favorite for mochas. It was excellent! I’ve been visiting Kitsap County at least twice a year since 1990. I’ve tried a lot of coffee shops over the years. Caffe Cocina is one of my favorites! I’ll be back. Highly Recommended!!!

This is my to go coffee shop in the area the pumpkin spice latte is the best drink I’ve ever had. A warm and cozy cup of goodness. Lately I’ve been doing the dirty chai with a little pumpkin spice. Quality coffee and service and the perfect place to get some computer work done.

Absolute delight of a shop. Great staff. Great coffee. It was nice to find a coffee shop that was so comfy and pleasant and not a drive by espresso shot from a shed in a parking lot. So happy we stopped.

I came from out of town early this morning with my 3 kids for a medical appointment. It was our very first time at Cafe Cocina and I was so impressed with the service, menu, and atmosphere. Having been a barista for many years I have a high standard for coffee. My drink was handed to me in record time and it was PERFECT. Food was delicious and even all my kids were happy! Then in my exhausted state I drove away without paying I realized my mistake about 10 minutes into my drive home and called to pay over the phone. The gal I talked to was so understanding and kind. I will make a point to frequent this place every time I drive through! Thanks for an amazing experience, girls!

Did the drive through which was charming and efficient. One of the baristas actually came to our car line with a handheld device to take our order. Nice! I got the Ube Latte- different- but delicious. My mate got the Mango Matcha Latte- iced, and other mate got an iced matcha. All of the drinks were very good. Service was friendly. Menu looked extensive, although we did not get food on this visit. We will be back!

This place is so welcoming and friendly! It gives Gilmore Girls vibes with the banter between the staff. I’m here from Texas and was hoping to find a place where I could work and they have seating inside & outside. When I got here I asked the short brunette to just make me something sweet and yummy that will give me energy and it was delicious!!! I know it was an iced mocha, but that’s all I know. She nailed itttt! I stayed for 3 hours working and it was a great environment to work in. The busy bee effect is definitely going on in here if you know what I mean. My favorite part of it all, was when I witnessed the lady who made my coffee, show care and empathy for one of her employee’s who was having a rough day. What a pleasure to show kindness in a work environment. Not to mention, I think they make their own coffee?? Just come visit. That’s all.

This place is amazing. Delicious food and coffee, great service and a lovely chill atmosphere. Come here every time I visit!
